Afzal Ali is a highly experienced Principal IT Technician with over two decades in the tech industry, starting from MS-DOS and evolving through to Windows 11. His expertise spans a wide array of technologies, including vintage tape drives and modern cloud solutions like Azure and AWS. Leading our Support arm, Afzal combines impressive qualifications with a deep commitment to innovation and problem-solving, making him an invaluable asset to us in the complex IT landscape that we live in today.
